NTE Labs, Inc. ("NTE Labs", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the choices you have, including for our Care Assistant service.

Information we collect

  • Contact information you give us, such as name, email address and phone number.

  • For the Care Assistant: the information the person shares with their assistant or app, such as how they feel, medication check-ins, blood sugar readings and questions for their doctor, and the phone numbers of the family members they choose to notify.

  • Technical information needed to deliver calls and messages, such as call times and message delivery status.

  • How we use information

  • To provide the service: answer calls, record check-ins, send the reminders and alerts the person chose, and prepare summaries for the person and their family.

  • To keep the service safe and working, and to respond to support requests.

  • We do not sell personal information. We do not use health information for advertising.

  • Who we share information with

  • Only with the family members the person designated, in the way the person chose.

    With service providers that help us deliver the service (for example, telephone, messaging, voice and hosting providers), only as needed to provide it and under confidentiality obligations.

  • When required by law.

  • Text messaging (SMS)

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.

  • The person using the Care Assistant can change who receives information, or stop the service, at any time by contacting us.

  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by writing to contact@ntelabs.ai.

  • Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13.

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
